i am.
Liz. I’m 5’9, have brown hair, and- oh wait, is that not what this section is? My bad, my bad. Ok, let’s start over.
Hi. I’m Liz. I’m a psychotherapist. But, I’m also a human and you’re a human, so here’s a few non-therapy things about me: I have a dog and two rabbits. I love stand-up comedy, skiing, riding horses, and re-watching Bob’s Burgers while I crochet.
As a therapist, I’m both practical and out-of-the-box. I believe in the Marsha Linehan way, “two opposite things can be true at the same time.” I know that therapy can help, because it’s helped me (plus also because lots of research says so). Let’s work together to help you. Take a gander below to see if we might be a good match.

Meet the therapy animals I use in my practice! Chances are, when you first walk in the door, you’ll get a tail wag and a kiss from Albus (dog) and a sniff and a hop from Poppy (bunny).
Poppy
Loveable little Holland Lop with a big personality. Likes to boop your shoes. Will work for raisins.
Albus
The snuggliest German Shepherd you will ever meet. Fair warning: if you bring him a ball, you’ll have a new best friend.
